Balcarka Cave

Balcarka Cave is situated in a picturesque karst valley near Ostrov u Macochy. This cave boasts of unique, very rich, varied and colourful stalactite and stalagmite decorations.

Guided tours are organized every 20 minutes for groups of 50 people at most, within the period of 1. 4. - 31. 10. Only 3 entries per day are permitted within the period of 1. 2. - 31. 3.
The cave is closed in October, November and January.
